Hi Paul,
Can you give us some details of your set up and where you bought your camera from as I'm sure quite a few of us would be interested in putting a camera in the pond,
Colin

Re: new to the forum
Hi Colin,The 2 ip cameras that i use are both Foscams the under water 1 is a FI8904W these are supposed to be water proof/weather proof but im not 100% sure about this so what i have done is unscrewed rear plate removed the antenna and the socket, then sealed the hole up (i used a small brass nut and bolt and silicon )i then put some silicon on the rear plate and screwed it back on just to be on the safe side.
The front of the camera unscrews so if you need to alter the focus thats not a problem.
if you only want to watch the camera yourself on your computer it will only take a couple of minutes to set up, if you want to view the camera from anywhere in the world or let others watch it it will need a lttle bit more setting up but it is worth it.
Im no expert on ip cameras or any other cameras underwater i am only playing around so will not be held responsible if your camera drowns.regarding the setting up of a camera if i can help i will just drop me a message
