NWKC 2010 - 2011 Grow and Show

Post by site admin »

I have heard that the G&S Nagoshi Sankes are in quarantine at Richdon Koi, and by all accounts are very good quality.
The draw for selection times will be held at the Club AGM 6th April and the selection day will be Sunday 18th April.

Well I must admit Richdon have done us a proud with the sanke's for this years competition, some stunning fish for everyone, even people at the end of the list have stunning koi to chose from. Our two are swimming happily in there new home for the next 12 months. Just trying to work out how to feed mine without Sue's getting any

Ian,
I do hope that everyone is happy with the G&S Koi even down to those who had the last few picks.
Colin and I had spent Saturday afternoon Photographing the Koi and could not believe the quality of these Koi.

Dave,

The koi were cracking in my opinion but still really difficult to chose which one though!!!! Even me and Sue don't agree which one, that's the joy with this hobby. Thanks guys for all the efforts that have gone into arranging this again.

Well done to the Team that organised the G&S.
Great effort, and the Picking day went off really well.

My little beauty went into the Main pond, and despite being at around 12degC, started scrapping with the Bigger koi when a handful of food was chukced in.

Looking forward to seeing how it developes size-wise and pattern.

Hope you like the photo of the "Three Wise Men" and "Mitch Pickings Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" LOL!
