Cleaning New filters

Hi all, Will be very shortly ready to assemble filtration system. This comprises of some new equipment and some that i used on a previous pond. I would wish to steralise everyrthing before use but unsure of correct chemicals/method, any help much appriciated. MitchR.

Hi Mitch,
A good dose of PP will do the trick, just make sure you rise it out well afterwards. Ideal for any K1 you might have from your old pond, and also for any new K1 it takes the coating off and allows the bacteria to start adhering.
