Growth
Found this growth on one of my koi, have seen it and was told about it years ago, but forgot what it was, none of the others have it, just this one, looks like lumps of dried glue, fish seems happy, swimming around, the growth is just as slimy as the rest of the fish http://img146.imageshack.us/img1...

Re: Pump Advice
Thanks for that, i will try and get some more.
The water is actually lovely and clear, its more so the waterfall and the sides of the pond that are a bit algaed, maybe i am being a bit too fussy and expecting the sides and waterfall to remain perfectly clear?

Re: Pump Advice
How many more do you think i should put in then? just concerned as they grow over time, obviously when they get too big, then they will be sold/passed on.
I only got 7, well 8 if you include a fantail because I was not sure how many it would take.

Re: Hi there

Re: Hi there
Hi mate, I might do that. I had a pond before, which had a few koi in, YES I remember now that they did grow in tanks first When I moved, i had to hand them to someone else as the place I moved to had no room for a pond. I passed them on when they had grown from babies, up to between 12 and 16"...

Does anyone know of any good stockists in the Anglesey area where i can buy some babies, literally small ones maybe...
